Reminder Bloomer Elementary School Food Drive starts tomorrow!!
Students who donate to the Food Drive at BES during the week of March 11-15 will be entered to win this awesome Family Move & Game Night basket! Included in the basket are classic Disney movies, movie popcorn and candy, fun family games and a generously donated gift certificate to Fat Boy's Pizza! We are looking forward to another successful Food Drive!
Ms. Begalke’s second graders had fun with the daily dress-up days and the daily reading challenges during Read Across America Week!
On Monday, we had to read under something so we built a huge fort with a parachute and spent some time reading under the parachute!
On Wednesday, we had to read in the dark with our finger lights/flashlights, so we completed this reading challenge in the second-grade storage closet!
We also had several guest readers including Mrs. Eder, Mr. Hartman, Dr. Goettl, and Mrs. Johnson!
Thank you to all of our wonderful readers!! It was definitely a fun-filled week!
