Blackhawk Nation School Store now open!! Students participating in pep club and art club were in charge of designing the logo. Our proceeds will go toward funding our t-shirts for all initiative. We hope to be able to provide a new Blackhawk t-shirt for every student every other year. We will be selling our items at home basketball games. Items available are: Blankets 1/4 zip sweatshirts with pocket Kids hoodies Adult grey crew neck sweatshirts Adult black crew neck sweatshirts Stocking hats Stadium seats Prices range from $20-$50 and we accept cash or check.

The BHS Student Council has been extremely busy this month with service projects. Students designed door wraps for the gym, added Blackhawk decals to the lockers, delivered hot cocoa kits to the nursing homes, and sponsored 25 kids in our district through Gifts for Kids.

December is busy here in Kindergarten! Mrs. Brunner's friends have been hearing many stories about the upcoming Christmas holiday and the many traditions that are celebrated during this time of the year! We also had a few visitors pop in to help us learn more about these traditions. Thanks to Mrs. Eder for reading some new Christmas favorites to our crew! We love hearing stories! One kindergarten tradition that we still LOVE to do each year, is make gingerbread houses! A BIG THANK YOU to Mrs. Riesterer, a retired kindergarten teacher, and a professional gingerbread house builder! She helped us create our tasty creations! #bloomerhawks
