Last evening, we hosted our FIRST-EVER Meet the Blackhawks, and what an incredible night it was!
Friends, family, and members of our community came together to show their support for our Blackhawk Football team as we kicked off the season with an evening full of fun, food, and Blackhawk pride! 🦅
There was something for everyone—games, food trucks, Blackhawk clothing sales, photo opportunities, and more! Most importantly, it was a wonderful opportunity to bring our school and community together and celebrate our athletes.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, supported our football team, participated in the activities, grabbed some great food, and helped make our first Meet the Blackhawks such a success!

The Blackwawks Robotics Team "QuantumHawks" won 1st place this past weekend with an alliance featuring Hilltoppers (Team 1732), Avis Robo (Avis Automata Team 5826), and Bloomer Robotics (Team 11139).
The FIRST FRC Robotics event was hosted by the Leviathans (Team 8744), at the Pablo Center. Fourteen teams from around the state competed in over 15 fast-paced qualification and alliance elimination matches where student-built robots go head-to-head. The Bloomer Hawks, finished out their rookie year with three new team members from Bloomer Middle School, along with two members from the high school who designed, built, and programmed the robot for this year's FIRST Robotics Competition.
A new game will be released on January 9, 2027 and the team is now accepting new members and looking for new sponsors. Students looking to expand their knowledge of robotics engineering are encouraged to join this year's team by contacting Bloomer High School.

This year's goal is to raise $50,000 for future supplies to enhance the educational journey of K-12 students and/or to support educators’ innovative learning projects. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation directly to the Community Foundation of Chippewa County by visiting their website https://www.yourlegacyforever.org/donate/ and selecting the Blackhawk Education Fund from the drop-down menu. Cash or checks made out to CFCC can also be dropped off at the district office, next to Bloomer High School, or sent directly to the Community Foundation of Chippewa County, 404 ½ N Bridge Street, PO Box 153, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 by including the Blackhawk Education Fund in the memo line.
