BES is proud to recognize the Kind Hero Award recipients for April! Mr. Normand is a substitute teacher in our district. He has done a wonderful job creating such positive relationships with students in our whole building! Every class loves to have him as a substitute! Mr. Normand always has such a positive and happy attitude! He is always willing to lend a hand and does a fantastic job subbing!

Mrs. Rothbauer is a reading interventionist and is a true kind hero because she gives children one of life's greatest gifts-the ability to read! She doesn't just teach letters and sounds, she also sparks confidence, imagination and a lifelong love of learning. Through her patience, encouragement and belief in every child, she opens doors to new worlds, big dreams and endless possibilities!

🎶The fourth graders enjoyed a special visit during music class from Mr. Arnold and Mr. Tiller.

They were excited to see and hear instruments from the brass and woodwind families up close as they prepare to sign up for band next year.

🍕 Pizza Day Fun in 4K! 🍕Our 4K students had a wonderful time celebrating Pizza Day!

From big smiles to cheesy bites, it was a fun and delicious day filled with laughter, friendship, and lots of happy memories.
