This month, we celebrate the incredible dedication and leadership of principals everywhere. 👨🏫 From shaping futures to supporting teachers, they make a lasting impact every day. #bloomerhawks
We are very excited to have the Moreland family join us to share their story and experiences living with autism and epilepsy.
We will hear the mother's perspective, siblings' perspective and also from Lindsey the young adult who was nonverbal at age 4 and now is fully independent and thriving. She is an illustrator for the Koda the Fluff series of children's books and has written several children's books based on her own childhood experiences from being the target of bullies to making a friend.
The family will offer their books and sensory plushie available for sale after the program. This program is sponsored by the Bloomer Public Library and free for all ages to attend.
