Bloomer School District would like to welcome Deborah Rosen. Deborah will be teaching 8th grade ELA. Deborah is from Quincy, IL. She has been married to her husband James for 12 and has two sons, Bjorn (4) and Ronan (2). "After my husband finished his contract with the Marine Corps, we moved to Wisconsin to be closer to family." Deborah states, "I don't have a lot of time for hobbies with two small boys at home, but I am a youth sponsor for our church youth group on Wednesday nights and we meet with a group of friends for a casual game of volleyball when we have the time." When asked, why are you excited to work in the Bloomer School District? Deborah said "I am so excited to work in the community I live in and where my own kids will attend school. I also look forward to getting to know all my new students."

Bloomer School District would like to welcome Tyler Mickelson. Tyler worked in the BSD last year as a long-term sub but we welcome him as a new 7th grade ELA teacher. Tyler is originally from Keyeser, WI. He is married to Kristine (who also happens to be a teacher in the BSD) and has two children Lincoln and Charlie. His hobbies include coaching football, coaching baseball, golf, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors with my family. When asked, "Why are you excited to work in the Bloomer School District?, Tyler's response was "I'm excited to join this district because of the people. I've coached with Bloomer staff, volunteered with Bloomer staff, and worked with Bloomer staff, and they consistently put kids first. The Bloomer community is a very tight-knit place, and this school district staff carries that same sense of togetherness. I love it!"

Bloomer School District would like to welcome Renee Grambo. Renee will be teaching high school math. Renee is from Bloomer, married to Scott, and has four children; two daughters Cayce and Charlie, and two sons Dalton and Gunnar. Renee's hobbies include: being a sports fanatic and a huge Packers fan. I enjoy spending time with my family playing yard games, cards, and dice. Renee is "excited to share my excitement for math with the students. Being an alumnus of Bloomer schools, I am honored to be back as a part of the Blackhawk community." Welcome to the Team!!

Bloomer School District would like to welcome Ben Behling. Ben will be working as a 7th grade social studies teacher. Ben is originally from Marshfield, Wisconsin and moving from the Green Bay Area where he previously taught at Pulaski Middle School. He enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, basketball and running. When asked, Why are you excited to work in the Bloomer School District? Ben's response was, I am excited to join an awesome and supportive community!

Bloomer School District would like to welcome Mallory Eder. Mallory grew up in Bloomer and graduated from BHS. She has been in the district for four years teaching ELA, but will now be the new Library Media Specialist at all three schools. Mallory is married to Justin and has three children; Ben and Elli will be in 2nd grade and Livi will be in 4K. Mallory enjoys traveling, going to their cabin, boating, reading and watching movies. When asked, why are you excited to work in the Bloomer School District? Mallory said "I am looking forward to my new role where I am able to get the students hooked on reading, as well as seeing them progress from 4K-12th grade." Welcome to the Team!!

Bloomer School District would like to welcome Elizabeth Reichardt. Elizabeth is originally from Bloomer and will be teaching English. She met her husband Wes while teaching in Colorado and she has two children; Lucy 11 and Barrett 7. Her hobbies include reading, crafting and gardening. When asked, "Why are you excited to work in the Bloomer School District?", her response was "I am excited to move to the High School this year after teaching 8th grade for the last 6 years. I look forward to watching students grow and change throughout their high school years. I am particularly excited for this year because I have taught almost every student in the High School." A huge shout-out and congratulations to dual membership BHS Choir and FFA students Malakai Dahl, Dakota Mier, Payton Meindel and Jazmin Wensel who sang 11 performances with the State FFA Choir at the WI State Fair last week! They auditioned last spring and were accepted for this honor! They spent a week in June rehearsing at the State FFA Convention in preparation. A special thank you to the FFA advisors who put extra hard work in over the summer to make sure these kids get where they need to be!

Bloomer School District would like to welcome Meghan Weatherly. Meghan shared: "I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern. I'm from Hammond, WI; however, I currently live in Menomonie, WI. I have a cat named Prince and a boyfriend of two years named Josh. I enjoy coaching the Menomonie High School dance team. I also enjoy working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder over the summers. I am excited to get know the staff and students at Bloomer School District. I am also excited to use the skills I've learned in the classroom and apply them here at Bloomer to help students improve their mental health and reach their goals." Welcome to the team!!
