🧡We are proud to recognize our December Kind Hero Award recipients! Mr. Rosenbrook pushed through the challenges of an injury to make sure students were safe at recess. He kept a positive, kind attitude and did not shy away from his responsibilities. He always wants students to care about themselves and be kind to the environment. 🖤Mrs. Dachel shows patience and kindness while teaching Art. She makes sure all students at BES have a piece of artwork displayed in our art show. She helps students challenge themselves and take pride in their work. During our recent Penny Harvest at BES, we collected over $1,500! This incredible amount speaks to the generous and kind hearts of our school families! Donations were made to the Bloomer Chamber of Commerce's Gifts for Kids program to help sponsor families in our community this holiday season and to the School District of Bloomer's Homeless Liaison to provide support and needed items to affected students in our area. TOGETHER, we DO make a DIFFERENCE! Sixth Grade science students wrapped up the end of the trimester with an engineering challenge. Students needed to use the engineering and design process to research, design, build and test a prototype. The prototype that lost the least amount of thermal energy won. Congrats to the grand champions- Myles, Ben & Henry! Their prototype only lost 13.3 °C in 30 minutes! #bloomerhawks #bloomerhawks
