This week Ms. Deb Hayden was nominated by Ms. Amy Verdegan for the Golden Talon Award. Ms. Hayden not only keeps three libraries running smoothly, but she also teaches computer classes. On top of all that she keeps us educators up to date on new apps and resources to use in the classroom. She also has been a tremendous source for me as a new teacher helping me navigate both the Middle School and High School.

Happy Earth Day from Mrs. Brunner's Kindergarten Trash Monsters! This week we are learning about all of the gifts that our Earth shares with us. Today, these kindergarteners took time to give back to the Earth and help make it a cleaner and greener place to live! Happy Earth Day!

Today in Health class under student teacher Mr. Hennes' instruction, 10th grade health students learned about the impacts of environmental health on our mental health. Students then spent some time around school grounds picking up trash, litter, and waste.
