This week Mrs. Missy Seibel was nominated by Mr. AJ Gehrmann for the Golden Talon Award. " She takes on multiple roles in the office area to help make everyone's life easier. The work she does for me and the other coaches is invaluable. Missy is the one that helps make things go smoothly so I can focus on coaching. She helps with bus times, hotel reservations, rosters, programs, sign ups, and practice schedules/gym times just to name a few. Thanks Missy for all you do to help Mr. Steinmetz and the coaches at Bloomer High School!"

4K loved their field trip to the Bloomer Police Station! They enjoyed meeting Keeta, the new therapy dog, exploring the police car and learning all the important jobs a police officer does! Thank you to all the police officers for keeping us safe and being there to help us whenever we need!

The first graders celebrated the end of their Fairy Tale Unit by dressing up, watching a movie, enjoying treats, and spending time as a grade level! Their day ended happily ever after!

The Advanced Culinary Arts students have been hard at work all week preparing some of the treats for prom. They baked and decorated over 200 sugar cookies and 300 brownie bites (with a little help from a few students in other culinary classes). #bloomerhawks

Congratulations to the Bloomer Varsity Golf Team who finished 2nd at Barron Invitational yesterday out of 13 teams. Jake Bleskacek shot 75 and finished 2nd individually. Jonah Bleskacek shot 80 and finished 4th.

Even though it was a little on the chilly side, Ms. Begalke's class had a great time at Crystal Cave today! They panned for gems, explored a real cave, and did some shopping in the gift shop!! Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers which included: Lauren Angiolillo, Don Mayer, Barack Clough, Carri Crawford, Jessica Flaten, Tara Prince, Bob Ritter, Tyler Seibel, and Aimee Skar! Fun was had by all!

Students in World Civilizations have been working hard the past week to learn about different world religions. Today they had an opportunity to share what they have learned by participating in a Socratic seminar discussion. The students did a fantastic job leading the conversation and discussing what they had learned.
