This summer, we are hitting the road for a reading adventure!
All 4K–8th grade students are invited to participate in our Summer Reading Road Trip Challenge!
The goal is simple: encourage students to read in fun, creative places throughout the summer—whether traveling, staying home, or anything in between.
Attached is your child's Summer Reading Road Trip Map featuring 13 fun places to read—like in a hammock, at the beach, in a different town, or with a pet. As your child reads in these spots, feel free to snap a photo!
You can use this QR code to easily upload your child’s reading photos to our Google Form. Follow along on social media, where we will feature some of our favorite ‘reading road trip’ snapshots throughout the summer. Happy Reading!

Congratulations to Ciara Hartman on winning the 1600 m race at the WIAA D2 Track and Field Championship. Ciara was also the runner up in the 3200 m race. Great job Ciara!
