This week, Culinary Academy (level 1 foods) students competed against each other in a Halloween War Challenge. Each group had to make and decorate a cookie cake, which was then judged by the Culinary Arts (level 3 foods) students. 1st place was the Halloween tree cake, made by Ella Clark, Addi Johnson and Ren Tomczyk. 2nd place was the skull cake, made by Brianna Jacobs, Brock Hanson and Ryan Frelk. 3rd place was the pumpkin cake, made by Lana Rhodes, Laikyn Beyer, Owen Kellen (not pictured) and Brekyn Schwartz (not pictured). All of the Culinary Academy students did a great job baking and decorating and the Culinary Arts students had a great time tasting and judging.
