Mrs. Mickelson’s class had a busy week celebrating Johnny Appleseed Day, going on their first field trip to Ferguson’s Apple Orchard, and running their hearts out at the Mini Hawk Hustle! Team Red, from Ms. Begalke’s classroom, competed in the annual Minihawk Hustle on Friday! A BIG thank you to our wonderful PIE organization for organizing this event and also a BIG thank you to all of our families and friends who sent in their pledges to encourage us to run as many laps as our bodies could handle! What a fun and healthy way to earn funds for field trips, an additional Gaga Ball pit for our other playground, and a new mounted projector for our gym!! Thank you to all who donated!!
