This week Mrs. Schultz would like to nominate Mrs. McMullin for the Golden Talon Award. "Her work each day with our at-risk youth often goes unseen by the community but the evolution of her students is a pretty amazing thing to watch! They start their time with her assessing where they sit at for risk factors for future struggles and then the real work begins. Their time in Ms. McMullin's program take them on a journey to improve their resiliency to conquer those risk factors and struggles. I appreciate the care, time and honesty that she uses with her students every day. Thank you, Shanna! " #bloomerhawks

Mrs. Brunner's 5K students have been busy exploring and learning about the human body. We learned that each part of our body plays an important role in helping us stay alive. We "suited up" and put on our scrubs to create a life-size diagram of our body. Who knows...we may have some future leaders in medicine coming from BES!! #bloomerhawks

Congratulations to these five Bloomer seniors: Matthew Holstad, Cael Iverson, Bowen Rothbauer, Jay Ryder and Jack Strand who signed their National Letter of Intent to play at the next level. #bloomerhawks

After studying about membranes and how frogs absorb water through their skin, Bloomer fourth graders have been tasked with designing membranes that only allow up to 1/4 cup of water to pass through over a 24 hour period. The design process has required many days of testing different materials to come up with the perfect design. #bloomerhawks
