Pumpkin Carving Part 1! 🎃

At the Cloverbelt Conference meet on Saturday, the boys team took first place with 34 points. 🏃♂️ Varsity runners include: Anders Michaelsen 4th, Seth Rogge 5th, Lucas Anderson 6th, Zeke Anderson 8th, Jaden Ryan 11th, Willy Bischel 22nd, and Dylan Halom 33rd.
In addition, these individuals raced to 1st team All-Conference finishes:

Mrs. Brunner's friends explored the patch, bumped along a spooky hayride, and sipped on yummy apple cider! Happy Fall!! 🍂

🎃 Today, we ended our unit by following a recipe and making delicious pumpkin pie in a cup!

Mrs. Eder's Computer 6 and Computer 8 classes had Ms. Jen from CESA 10 visit on Friday and Monday.
The students were introduced to micro:bit with tutorials and then used their creativity to code a micro:bit on their own. All of the students really enjoyed learning a new skill!

On Friday, the second graders went on a field trip to Auburn Homestead in New Auburn! 🌳🌲
This 4 hour field trip was jam-packed with many fun activities!! They enjoyed the bounce house and slide, a corn pit, a hay ride, pumpkin bowling, a slingshot gallery, a petting zoo, and a pumpkin cannon! At the very end of the trip they were treated to hot chocolate, homemade mini donuts(fresh out of the fryer) and a gourd to take home!
The kids definitely gave this a two thumbs up and we’re talking about going back for a visit with their families!!
