Last week the Chippewa Public Health Dept. issued over 200 flu and tetanus vaccines to out students in the district.
We appreciate you for supporting public health. 💉

On Friday, the second graders went on a field trip to Auburn Homestead in New Auburn! 🌳🌲
This 4 hour field trip was jam-packed with many fun activities!! They enjoyed the bounce house and slide, a corn pit, a hay ride, pumpkin bowling, a slingshot gallery, a petting zoo, and a pumpkin cannon! At the very end of the trip they were treated to hot chocolate, homemade mini donuts(fresh out of the fryer) and a gourd to take home!
The kids definitely gave this a two thumbs up and we’re talking about going back for a visit with their families!!

Ms. Begalke’s second graders wrapped their Early Asian Civilization unit with some fun activities!
They made red envelopes with play money inside and gave them away to family and friends as a way of wishing them good luck! They also made Chinese lanterns and “old fashioned” fortune tellers! 🏮📩

Mrs. Bathke brought a special visitor in to see some students today!
Congratulations on your new bundle of joy Mrs. Bathke! 👶💙

The Quarter Queens made a donation of $500 to the T-shirts for All fund. Thank you to the Quarter Queens for your generous donation, we are so grateful!
Our goal is to provide each student in the Bloomer School District, including St. Paul Lutheran and St. Paul's Catholic schools, with a Bloomer Blackhawk t-shirt. Our hope is that these shirts will provide students with a sense of Blackhawk Pride, but more than anything, a true sense of belonging and community. 💖
If you would like to make a donation, and help us reach our goal, please contact Malia Clements at 715.568.2800 or malia.clements@bloomer.k12.wi.us
