Homecoming kick-off starts tonight!!
We have hall decorating and parking lot painting to kick off the night, followed by girls powderpuff football and announcement of the homecoming court.
Everyone is welcome to watch the powderpuff game and crowning of the court.

On Tuesday, the second graders at Bloomer Elementary School enjoyed Paul Bunyan’s colossal flapjacks and watched the movie, “Paul Bunyan and Babe”!
This was a culminating activity after spending a couple of weeks learning about fairy tales and tall tales!

Congratulations to our BMS Girls XC team for taking first place at the Rice Lake Invitational!
We had four runners bring home ribbons for finishing in the top 15 out of 198 athletes in the girls race.

On Tuesday, 4th graders in Mrs. Williams’ class spent their time in math class reviewing skills from the last few weeks!
They played games with partners and really showed their competitive sides! They also practiced place value skills in different activities.

Bloomer Elementary had a Kickoff Assembly last week where the whole school gathered together dressed in black and orange! We chanted “I am a Blackhawk!”, talked about school expectations, and learned about trying new things through some fun teacher competitions!
We all learned together about trying your best and being ok with making mistakes! What a great way to start the year! 🧡🖤🦅

The girls faced tough competition but posted many personal bests swims.
