We are planning another round of community town hall meetings.
We will be having a youth component and breakout session facilitated by school resource officers/counselors to discuss harmful effects of drugs, what to do if you are approached or know someone who needs help, etc.

In January, 5K friends wrapped up their reading unit on farms by hosting some very special visitors in our hallway!
Mr. and Mrs. Pagenkopf, Mrs. Berlin, and Hattie Berlin brought in some furry and feathery friends to help bring our learning about farms to real life!
Boys and girls were especially excited when the goose let out a loud HONK! A very special THANK YOU to Mr. & Mrs. Pagenkopf, Mrs. Berlin, and Hattie for making learning about farms EXTRA exciting!!

After all the snow we have been getting, it was nice to take a break and think about the sunny days ahead with a tropical dance, some yummy popsicles and a dinner theater including the movie “Lilo and Stitch”!!
