Congratulations to the band and choir on a wonderful concert Monday evening. A special thank you to the 7th and 8th grade choir members who joined the High School Choir singing Night of Silence. It was truly a moving moment in the concert complete with piano, organ, violin and voices. Thank you!
Mr. Dommer hosted his 10th annual Holiday Connect 4 tournament on Wednesday. The competition was fierce and when the final checkers were dropped, Brekyn emerged as the 2021 class champion! Ashton was the class runner-up.

Mr. Garrett Sarauer has nominated Mrs. Nancy Post this week for the Golden Talon Award. "This individual served as a mentor to me throughout my time at BHS and ultimately made this place feel like home. I think her greatest attribute is her unending care - whether that be providing breakfast for students or even water for athletes (and coaches!) in track and field. She is a leader in the building and a kind soul, and through her work reminds us all to put the students' needs first. Thank you Nancy for making my time enjoyable here at BHS!"

This week Mrs. Erin Sprague nominated the "great Mr. Garrett Sarauer! He makes every day fun...especially when he spontaneously pops in my room and starts singing songs. Not only does he bring joy with him wherever he goes, he also is a great confidante and listener. Above all, he is a dang good science teacher and an exceptional nerd :) You're the best Mr. Sarauer! "Keep living and delivering the dream!"
