After studying about membranes and how frogs absorb water through their skin, Bloomer fourth graders have been tasked with designing membranes that only allow up to 1/4 cup of water to pass through over a 24 hour period. The design process has required many days of testing different materials to come up with the perfect design.

This week, Mrs. Jen Schultz was nominated by Mr. Jesse Linsmeyer for the Golden Talon Award. "Jen is a valuable asset to the students and staff at BHS. She has a very long list of responsibilities on a day to day basis, even more so recently with the end of trimester two and beginning trimester three.
